Alltech Group established in 2007 and began its journey in Mehsana district of Gujarat, India. Which is a birthplace for the manufacturing of road construction equipment.
Alltech Group, with humble beginning of contract manufacturing for one of the leading European asphalt plant manufacturers, the current indigenous product portfolio has been developed to harness the available market opportunities.

Timeline
2011 – Innovation in Bitumen Handling
Recognizing the industry’s need for efficient bitumen processing, we designed and manufactured our first Bitumen Drum Decanter unit. This innovation streamlined bitumen melting and revolutionized handling techniques, setting a new benchmark in the sector.
2015 – Entering the Railway Infrastructure Sector
Venturing beyond road construction, we achieved a significant milestone by starting the manufacturing of girders under the Ministry of Railways as an RDSO-Approved Vendor. This diversification showcased our ability to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects.
2016 – Becoming a Global Leader in Bitumen Decanting
With relentless innovation and superior product quality, we became the world leader in bitumen decanting technology, surpassing 250+ installations globally. This achievement reinforced our reputation as a trusted name in the industry.
2017 – Advancing Asphalt Plant Technology
We marked a new era in our journey by successfully installing our first Asphalt Batch Mix Plant in Junagadh, Gujarat. This step allowed us to expand our footprint in the asphalt plant sector, offering state-of-the-art solutions for road construction.
2018 – Launch of the Counter Flow Drum Mix Plant
Continuing our commitment to innovation, we designed and manufactured our first Counter Flow Drum Mix Plant. This new addition to our product line provided enhanced fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and superior asphalt quality.
2020 – Contributing to India’s Largest Expressway
In a significant milestone, we successfully installed our first 240 TPH asphalt plant for the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, one of India’s largest infrastructure projects. This achievement highlighted our capability to support large-scale, high-performance road construction.
2021 – A Breakthrough in Road Maintenance Technology
Alltech became India’s first manufacturer to design and produce a Microsurfacing Machine, a critical advancement in road maintenance technology. This innovation reaffirmed our position as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.
2023 – Expanding Our Product Portfolio
We made significant strides in innovation by launching our 120 TPH Mobile Asphalt Batch Mix Plant at ExCon 2023, offering greater flexibility and mobility in asphalt production. Additionally, we introduced our first Emulsion Plant, further diversifying our bitumen solutions.
2024 – Industry Recognition & Technological Advancements
Alltech successfully developed and launched PMB/CRMB plants, meeting the growing demand for sustainable bitumen solutions. Further cementing our industry leadership, we were honored among the Top 10 Equipment Manufacturers for Road & Civil Constructions at the Industry Outlook 2024 Awards—a testament to our innovation and excellence.
